Laundry, airport pickup, local transport and activities cost extra unless your quotation includes them. Ask us for an airport-transfer quote based on your arrival details.
Your quotation will confirm dates, room availability, occupancy, deposit, taxes, cancellation terms and any extras. Accommodation is available for stays of up to six months, subject to availability and your permission to remain in Sri Lanka.

Can I stay for six months?
We welcome enquiries for stays of up to six months, depending on accommodation availability and your permission to remain in Sri Lanka. We do not arrange or guarantee immigration permission through an accommodation enquiry.

Can I join cultural activities or tours?
Yes, we can discuss optional tours, cultural experiences, suitable volunteering opportunities and wellness activities. Specific participation, accessibility and costs are confirmed separately.
